
Key Reminders
- Generation Power CT approvals for deliverable fuel assistance only allow for a delivery made within 30 days after the authorization date.
- Deliveries should not be made for customers who have not yet received an approval letter.
- GPCT approved up to $500 for a one-time grant. If a customer receives a fuel delivery of less than $500, the remaining balance will be redirect to other families in need.

- Customers cannot receive a second fuel delivery with remaining balance.

- Customers cannot receive a credit to their fuel account with remaining balance.
- Any delivery exceeding $500 will be paid the full award amount of $500 from GPCT, and the customer is responsible for any excess charges.
- After GPCT approves a customer’s grant, the vendor and customer will both receive the authorization letter noting the customer’s name, address, and reported fuel level at time of application.
- GPCT requests Vendors to make verbal or written contact with the customer to confirm delivery details prior to attempting delivery.
- All fuel awards must be delivered within 30 days from the approval date.
- All delivery invoices must be submitted to GPCT (by uploading directly to the Vendor portal or emailing fuelvendors@gpct.org) within 30 days of the delivery date.
