Our goal is to understand how energy burden affects Connecticut’s most vulnerable—including kids, seniors, working families, and those with medical needs—and to use that research to push sustainable solutions.

Building long-lasting relationships with the communities we serve is central to our mission. GPCT serves as a convener and coalition builder to raise public understanding of structural issues and systemic inequities. We meet our clients where they are – prioritizing trust, accessibility, and inclusion. We recognize the power of local knowledge in shaping the future we envision for Connecticut.

Community Partnership Initiative Round 3: Boosting Enrollment in Home Energy SolutionsSM – Income Eligible Among East Hartford Residents

This fall, GPCT is partnering with the Town of East Hartford, local contractors New England Smart Energy Group and CMC Energy Services, and the Sponsors of Energize ConnecticutSM to sign up East Hartford residents for home energy audits.
