The Empowerment Fund is GPCT’s annual fund that provides flexible support and allows us to respond wherever the need is greatest—whether by expanding outreach, strengthening programs, or maintaining the infrastructure that keeps our services running.

The Utility Assistance Fund provides flexible, donor-driven support to families across Connecticut facing energy insecurity by covering urgent needs like fuel delivery and utility bill assistance. It also sustains vital infrastructure, such as staff who guide clients through applications, support center fees, and the systems that power our client application and payment processes, ensuring help is delivered quickly and effectively.
